The site
These terms apply to https://woveh.com/, published by Woveh Waterproofing for people considering basement and foundation waterproofing in Ontario. A job proceeds only from a written estimate you accept. These terms do not replace that estimate.
Using the site
You may read the pages, share links to them, and send an estimate request by the form, by phone at +1 (416) 635-8175, or by email to [email protected]. You may not misuse the site by attempting to break it, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or present its text as your own commercial site.
Service information is not a diagnosis
Articles about waterproofing, cracks, sump pumps, weeping tile, backwater valves, and crawl spaces are general explanations. They are not a diagnosis of your house, not a building-code ruling, and not a structural engineering opinion. The assessment, not the article, is the recommendation for a specific address.
Woveh is not presented here as an engineering practice, an insurer, or a government programme. The pages explain cost factors. They do not publish a price list. The figure that matters is the one on a written estimate, in Canadian dollars, for a described scope.
Estimates and appointments
A request is an invitation to talk. It does not create a contract to perform work, and it does not reserve a crew until a time is confirmed. The site visit to the house is paid. If the form reports that it could not be sent, the visit is not booked. Call or email if you are unsure the form arrived.
The sequence is a paid visit, then a written estimate in Canadian dollars, then your agreement, then the work. An estimate describes scope, assumptions, and exclusions. Work outside that scope is discussed before it is treated as included. Scheduling depends on weather, access, and Ontario winter conditions. Exterior excavation is not promised when the ground is frozen. Hours for phone and email are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Sunday is closed.
100 Billy Bishop Wy, North York, ON M3K 2C8, Canada is the office address. These pages do not offer a drop-in office visit without an appointment.
Limits
Waterproofing and drainage reduce known water paths. They do not promise that every future storm, sewer surcharge, plumbing failure, or later change to the grade will leave the building dry. Backwater valves and sump pumps are mechanical devices and need to remain accessible.
To the extent Canadian law allows a limit on liability for website content, Woveh is not liable for decisions you take from general articles alone. Liability for paid work, if any, is defined in the estimate for that work. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Other sites and changes
The text is published for this site. You may not copy the pages into another business site. If a page links elsewhere, that site’s terms apply there.
Questions about these terms: [email protected] or +1 (416) 635-8175. How the estimate form handles personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. See also the Cookie Policy. If this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. A contract for work, once accepted, is not rewritten by a later edit to the website.
